On 04 oct 2025 HRPIPER have organised guest lecturer on the topic of Breaking Barriers, Building Futures by two eminent speakers Ms. Prajakta S. Pingale & Dr. Alpesh S. Pingale.

Prajakta Pingale is a Counselling Therapist and Life Coach with a background in healthcare and corporate experience. A Bachelor of Pharmacy graduate, she began her professional journey working at Cognizant Technology Solutions in the Pharmacovigilance department, where she developed strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
With intensive training in counselling and life coaching, she specializes in creating a safe, empowering, and transformative space for individuals to overcome challenges, discover their potential, and design lives that are meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling
