A] APPLICATION INVITATION FOR ACAP ADMISSION ROUND-I
H. R. Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Shirpur, invites applications from eligible candidates for Seats remaining vacant after CAP Rounds (ACAP) for the First Year of the Four-Year Degree Courses in B. PHARMACY & M. PHARMACY program for the academic year 2026-27.
B] RULES AND GUIDELINES
The Institute Level Round(s) and admissions to Institute Level seats shall be carried out in accordance with
- Rule 13 of the Information Brochure for the Academic Year 2026–27, as issued by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra State.
- Admission Notice No. TED 1226/C.R. 07/CAP/Admission Notice No. 4/2026/1985 dated August 13, 2026.
- Order of higher and Technical Education Department, Maharashtra State dated March 24, 2025
C) SEAT MATRIX
The number of available seats in Institute Quota (IQ) and Seats remaining vacant after CAP Rounds (ACAP) for the First Year of the Four-Year Degree Courses in B. Pharm. program for the academic year 2026-27 is available under tab “SEAT MATRIX INSTITUTE LEVEL SEATS”
D) Eligibility
- Only candidates who have registered through the CET portal and verified their applications through Scrutiny Centres (SC) with a valid registration number by the State Common Entrance Test Cell (SC) are eligible to apply for participation in the Institute Level Round.

If seats remain vacant after the above Institute Level (IL) Round-I conducted for Institute Quota (IQ) & Vacant Seats after CAP (ACAP), or if additional vacancies arise due to the cancellation of admissions, further IL Rounds (multiple) will be conducted on subsequent days until all vacancies are filled before the cut-off date.
F] IMPORTANT NOTES
- The total number of available seats for each Institute Level Round will be uploaded on the Institute Website and displayed on the Notice Board as per the admission schedule.
- If seats remain vacant after the above Institute Level (IL) Round conducted as per the given schedule, or if additional vacancies arise due to the cancellation of admissions, further IL Rounds will be conducted on subsequent days until all vacancies are filled before the cut-off date.
- Candidates are advised to regularly visit the Institute Website and Notice Board for updates regarding any changes in the schedule or activities due to unavoidable circumstances. Candidates must frequently check the Institute Website and Notice Board for updates related to Institute Level Rounds and the availability of seats to be filled at the Institute Level.
- The Provisional and Final Merit Lists will be available at last of this page under section- “Provisional and Final Merit Lists” and on the Institute Notice Board.
- Seat allotment logic
- Seats under the Institute Quota will be filled based on the MH-CET Percentile. Preference shall be given to Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates over All India Candidature Candidates based on Inter-Se-Merit. If such candidates are not available, the seats shall be filled based on Inter-Se-Merit, following the guidelines stated in the State CET Cell Information Brochure.
- Seats under the Against CAP (ACAP) will be filled by candidates belonging to the same category for which the seat was originally earmarked during the CAP Rounds. If such candidates are not available, the seats shall be filled based on Inter-Se-Merit, in accordance with the applicable guidelines of the State CET Cell.
- Candidates whose names appear in the Final Merit List will be called one by one as per their merit number, starting from Institute Merit Number 1 (i.e., highest merit first).
- A candidate may lose the claim to the allotted seat if he/she fails to remain present at the time of reporting as per the schedule. If a candidate is not present when his/her name and merit number are announced for admission confirmation, the next candidate in the merit list will be considered for seat allotment. The absent candidate may forfeit his/her opportunity.
- If a candidate of higher merit reports late during the seat allotment process, he/she may still be considered for admission to the seats available at that time and shall be given preference over candidates with lower ranks who are present.
- A candidate will lose the claim to participate in the round if he/she fails to produce any of the applicable original documents during the document verification process.
In case a candidate has already taken admission elsewhere, he/she must produce:
- a) A Receipt-Cum-Acknowledgement of admission to the First Year issued by the State CET Cell and signed by the concerned Institute, along with a set of photocopies of all documents, duly attested by the Principal/Director of that Institute.
- b) An Undertaking stating that the original documents will be submitted within four (04) working days from the date of admission.
- A candidate’s admission will be confirmed only when:
- The requisite fee is paid as per the fee structure displayed on the Institute Website for Institute Level Seats; and
- The required original documents are submitted at the time of reporting to the Institute.
- Candidates are strongly advised to regularly check the Institute Website and Notice Board for any changes in the schedule or for updates regarding additional vacancies arising from admission cancellations and related announcements.
- The decision of the Chairman of the Admission Committee shall be final and binding on all candidates.
G] ADMISSION FEE AND DOCUMENTS – AY 2026-27
A) FIRST YEAR B. PHARMACY
As per the Fees Regulating Authority (FRA) Notice No. 1058/2025, dated 31 July 2025, the following fee structure shall be applicable to candidates admitted to Institute Level seats for the First-Year B. PHARMACY.

Students should log in to the ERP portal using their Login ID and Password. Go to the “Fees” tab and pay the fees through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. This method is highly secure, convenient, and quick.
- Demand Draft (DD): Alternatively, students may pay the fees through a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “H. R. PATEL INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH, SHIRPUR”
Candidates are required to keep the following documents ready at the time of admission:
- Receipt-cum-Acknowledgment issued by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, duly verified by the Scrutiny Centre (SC).
- All original documents that were verified by the Scrutiny Centre, along with the verification copy.
- OR Receipt of Admission (if applicable), issued by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, in case the candidate has already been admitted to another institute within Maharashtra State.
